Enterprise design
Complex tools for people with a job to do: admin centers, IoT platforms, AI configuration. They value efficiency and transparency.

Research and validation
Interviews, moderated and unmoderated user tests, surveys, workshops, and continuous customer conversations. I use research to shape decisions, not to confirm them. The work I'm proudest of has sent product teams in directions they didn't expect.

AI-assisted prototyping
I prototype with Claude Code to get to testable experiences faster, run unmoderated studies to validate direction, and work closely with engineering on what's feasible. The loop from concept to user feedback has gotten much shorter.
Currently
