Kids Monitor is a mobile application for managing different aspects of a daycare institutions’ activity. There is a Parent app that is meant to be used by parents in order to monitor their children, receive feedback, and communicate to the teachers. There is also a Teacher app that is meant for the teachers.

It helps organize their daily activity, plan events with their class, and communicate with the parents, and keep track of the children’s participation in various events, and so on.

In the redesign project of the Kids Monitor application, our primary goal was to enhance the user experience for parents and teachers while maintaining a focus on usability and functionality. Through a combination of user research, stakeholder feedback, and adherence to iOS design guidelines, we successfully addressed key pain points and implemented improvements across various aspects of the application.

Recognizing the importance of communication within SFO and parents, we implemented features such as messaging platforms, group chats, and parent directories.
